Dr. Christine James started her journey in optometry when she graduated in 2018 from Concordia University Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. From there, she attended the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry, graduating in May of 2022.
Dr. James graduated as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and received awards for "Excellence in Clinical Skills" and "Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care". Within optometry, she has a great passion for helping patients with myopia management and is a member of the AOA, AAO, and IOA.
Originally from Ida Grove, IA, Dr. James is excited to serve the area in which she grew up. When not in the office, she enjoys playing the piano, hiking, birding with her husband, Eric, and playing tennis in the evenings.
