Dr. Jake Weber was raised in Milford, Nebraska, and graduated as co-valedictorian from Nebraska Wesleyan University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Spanish.
He then moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where he graduated with honors from Southern College of Optometry. He also completed an external rotation at Omaha Eye and Laser Institute, receiving extensive training in the management of ocular disease and pre- and post-cataract surgery patients. He loves providing optometric care to patients of all ages, from children to adults. He has served on the national Board of Trustees of the American Optometric Student Association and as Vice President of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association.
Dr. Jake and his wife, Jen, are new to Siouxland and are excited to be active in the community. Together, they have a daughter, Shiloh, and are expecting a second child soon.
