Dr. Hoaglund graduated from Morningside College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. In 2019, he graduated from the Southern College of Optometry receiving his Doctorate of Optometry.
Dr. Hoaglund is a current member of the Iowa Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He participates as a member of the Manning Rotary Club. He is an active participant in several other community and state groups, with interest in optometry, leadership, and community development.
In Dr. Hoaglund’s spare time he enjoys tennis, cycling, watching sports, getting active, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
