Dr. Epley received a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009. In 2013, she graduated summa cum laude from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Epley currently serves on the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a member of the Optimist Club of Council Bluffs and the Iowa Optometric Association, and is an ambassador for Pottawattamie Arts, Culture, and Entertainment. She is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Council Bluffs and has served on Heartland Family Service's Southwest Iowa Advisory Committee.
A South Dakota native, Dr. Epley has called Council Bluffs home since 2013. She lives with husband Cole and cats Stanley, Gus, and Queenie. She and Cole love biking, camping, Husker sports, and live music.
